Agreement

By browsing this website, creating an account, or placing an order (online or via WhatsApp), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our related policies (Privacy, Returns & Refunds, Delivery).

If you do not agree, please do not use the store or place an order.

About the store

Protector Finder sells mobile accessories for retail and wholesale customers. Product images and descriptions are provided to help you choose; minor variations in colour, packaging or batch may occur.

We may update catalogue details, stock levels and prices at any time without prior notice.

Prices & availability

• All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise
• Deals and discount prices apply only while stock lasts and the deal is active
• We may cancel or adjust an order if an item is out of stock, priced incorrectly by error, or cannot be fulfilled
• Wholesale / bulk rates may differ from website retail prices and are confirmed separately

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm and process the order
• You must provide accurate name, phone and delivery details
• We may contact you on WhatsApp or phone to verify large, unusual or high-value orders
• Orders may be refused or cancelled in cases of fraud risk, incomplete address, or abuse of COD

After checkout you receive a tracking ID (order number). Keep it for status checks on Track order.

Payment

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — where available; please keep the correct amount ready
• Bank transfer / mobile wallet — details shared after confirmation when this option is used
• Wholesale orders may require advance or partial payment before dispatch

Delivery & risk

Delivery timelines depend on city, stock and courier availability. See our Delivery Policy for details. Risk of loss passes when the parcel is handed to you (or your nominated receiver). Please inspect the package on delivery when possible.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or payment process.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for illegal activity or fraud
• Attempt to break security, scrape data aggressively, or overload the service
• Place fake orders, abuse COD, or harass staff
• Copy site content, branding or product photos for competing use without permission

Intellectual property

Store design, logos, text and software tooling are owned by Protector Finder / Rameez Scripts or their licensors. Product brands belong to their respective owners. You may not reuse our materials without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses (lost profit, business interruption, data loss) arising from use of the store or products. Our total liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be handled amicably via WhatsApp or email; if needed, courts in Pakistan shall have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
